Intention Behind Dhoop Within

Dhoop means Sunlight in Hindi. Sunlight is nature's greatest gift present in abundace and with its warmth, it nourishes, energizes and helps everything grow. 

A sunflower naturally turns towards the sun, it seeks light, it follws the warmth and it grows beacause of the connection. Sunflower is also a symbol of abundance, a flower carrying hundreds of seeds, carrying the promise for future, growth, new beginnings and endless possibilities.

Like sunflowers, we all grow towards the sun. Our wellbeing, joy, creativity and connection are not things we need to chase. Just as sunflower blossoms when given sunlight, water & care, people also flourish when they have space for movement, connection, creativity & wellbeing.

At Dhoop Within, we believe that a Light already exists within each & everyone of us and sometimes we simply need right environment to connect with it. Dhoop Within exists to help people reconnect with what is already there through mindfullness, conversation, community & culture. We create opportunities for people to slow down, recharge and flourish.
